Orange Bud . Feminised Seeds

Orange Bud 2.0 is the new updated version of Orange Bud. Orange Bud 2.0 is the result of crossing the original Orange Bud with Mimosa (Clementine x Purple Punch). This newer version is a bit more compact, having a slightly higher proportion of indica genetics. Yields are a little lower as a result but the quality and terpene production is higher.

Orange Bud 2.0 is easy to grow and is ideally suited to indoor cultivation where SOG is the most efficient method of cultivation with lollipopping and a few passes at defoliation for better light penetration. In this environment plants will grow to be about 100cm tall on aberage although a longer period of vegetative growth will produce plants that can grow to be 150cm. Plants are moderate feeders and. after a flowering timwe of 8 - 9 weeks yields of up to 400gr/m2 can be harvested.

Outdoors this is a strain that prefers warmer climates and it also performa better in large pots rather than planted directly in the ground. Orange Bud 2.0 can easily grow to be up to 200cm tall in this environment with each plant capable of yielding between 500 - 750 gr. Mature buds are compact and covered in shiny white resin. Northern hemisphere harvests will be ready during the middle of October.

The terpene profile of orange Bud 2.0 ia very fruity, emphasising orange citrus scents and flavours with some phenos expressing peach, grapefruit, nectarines and other tropical notes. The terpenes beta-caryophyllene (18.8%), beta-myrcene (8.2%), limonene (7%), humulene (6.4%) and guaiol (4.7%) are the most predominant (all figures expressed as percentages of the total terpenes). THC production is about 20% while CBD is very low at 0.05% giving an effect that is both uplifting but also very dream-like and relaxing.
