Gary Payton is a new US strain that was bred by crossing the strains Y Griega and Snowman. Named after the US basketball player, Gary Payton has won many cannabis cup competitons. It is 55% sativa and is a short to medium-sized plant with very high THC production and great yield potential.
Suitable for cultivation both indoors and outdoors, Gary Payton requires some previous experience growing cannabis in order to extract its maximum potential. Indoors, plants grow to a height of 80 - 90 cm. producing yields of up to 700gr/m2 in an approximate flowering time of 65 - 70 days. When cultivated outdoors these plants can reach 150cm in height yielding as much as 1000 - 1500 gr/plant. Northern hemisphere harvests will be ready in the second or third week of October. Buds display a mix of dark green and purple with a glistening coat of resin.
The terps. are predominantly earthy, pungent, with sweet notes of spicy herbs and berries. THC production reaches in excess of 25% making this a highly potent cannabis strain and one whose effect is cerebral, energising, focused and becoming relaxing and well-balanced.
